Journal of Indonesian Society Empowerment (JISE) publishes all accepted scholarly articles under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

Under this open-access license, anyone is free to copy, redistribute, transform, and build upon the published material in any medium or format for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and JISE, and any derivative works are distributed under the same license terms.

Authors who publish their work in JISE agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright Ownership: Authors retain full copyright ownership of their work without restrictions and retain publishing rights without limitations. Authors grant JISE the right of first publication under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
2. Non-Exclusive Secondary Distribution: Authors are permitted to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of their work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book chapter), provided that its initial publication in JISE is acknowledged.
3. Self-Archiving & Pre-publication Deposit: Authors are encouraged and permitted to deposit all versions of their manuscript (preprint, accepted draft, or final published PDF) in personal websites or institutional repositories before and during the submission process, as this fosters early academic dialogue and increases citation impact.
