Pengaruh Budaya Sekolah Dan Beban Kerja Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SMK Swasta Se-Kecamatan Trenggalek

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh signifikan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Swasta Se-Kecamatan Trenggalek, 2.Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh signifikan beban kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Swasta Se-Kecamatan Trenggalek, 3. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh signifikan antara budaya sekolah dan beban kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Swasta Se-Kecamatan Trenggalek, 4. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis diantara budaya sekolah dan beban kerja guru yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Swasta Se-Kecamatan Trenggalek. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1. Budaya sekolah yang bagus memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK. 2. Beban kerja guru yang optimal juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. 3. Secara simultan, budaya sekolah dan beban kerja guru berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Swasta Se-Kecamatan Trenggalek. Artinya, kedua variabel ini saling melengkapi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan khususnya di SMK.
This study aims to: 1. To determine and analyze the significant influence of school culture on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Trenggalek District, 2. To determine and analyze the significant influence of teacher workload on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Trenggalek District, 3. To determine and analyze the significant influence between school culture and teacher workload on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Trenggalek District, 4. To determine and analyze between school culture and teacher workload that have a dominant influence on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools in Trenggalek District. This research method uses a quantitative approach. This type of research is explanatory research. The results of the study show that: 1. A good school culture has a positive and significant influence on the performance of vocational high school teachers. 2. An optimal teacher workload also has a positive influence on teacher performance. 3. Simultaneously, school culture and teacher workload have a significant influence on the performance of private vocational high school teachers in Trenggalek District. This means that these two variables complement each other in improving the quality of education, especially in vocational high schools.
