(LOA) LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE

Conditions for issuing LOA (Letter of Acceptance):

1. The author has submitted and gone through the entire review process from Mitra Bestari.

2. The author's manuscript has been proven to be free from plagiarism through the crossed-checked process of the Turnitin program by the Journal Editor.

3. The author ensures that the manuscript has never been published and is not in the process of being published in any publication media, and does not withdraw the manuscript based on personal decisions while the moderation and review process is ongoing.

4. The Editor decides that manuscripts that are in accordance with input from Reviewers will be published in the journal publication number in accordance with the decision of the Hype Editorial Board.

5. The Journal Editor will ensure that the entire moderation and manuscript review process takes place according to the deadline set by the Editorial Board. Authors can withdraw their articles if the moderation and review process for the manuscript does not comply with the deadline determined by the journal management.

6. The author must complete the manuscript revision process according to input from the reviewers, within the deadline set by the editor.

7. Authors are not permitted to request a LOA (Letter of Acceptance), as long as the manuscript has not gone through the moderation process by the Journal Editor, as long as the review process is being carried out by Bestari Partners, and the Author has not completed improvements to the manuscript according to input from the Reviewers and Journal Editor.

8. The issuance of the LOA (Letter of Acceptance) is a decision of the Editorial Board carried out collegially, based on scientific considerations and the credibility of the Hype Journal.

9. Writers and Journal Managers place the entire writing and publication process based on the principle of responsibility for the development of science.

10. Correspondence for the issuance of LOA (Letter of Acceptance) is only carried out via e-mail known to the Editor in Chief.

Syarat penerbitan LOA (Letter of Acceptance):

1. Penulis telah melakukan submisi dan melewati seluruh proses review dari Mitra Bestari.

2. Naskah dari Penulis telah terbukti bebas dari plagiarisme melalui proses crossed-checked program Turnitin oleh Editor Jurnal.

3. Penulis memastikan bahwa naskah belum pernah diterbitkan dan tidak sedang dalam proses penerbitan di media publikasi apapun, serta tidak melakukan penarikan naskah atas keputusan pribadi selama proses moderasi dan review sedang berlangsung. 

4. Editor memutuskan naskah yang telah sesuai dengan masukan dari Reviewer, akan diterbitkan pada nomor publikasi jurnal sesuai dengan keputusan Dewan Redaksi Hype.

5. Editor Jurnal akan memastikan bahwa seluruh proses moderasi dan review naskah berlangsung sesuai dengan tenggat waktu yang ditetapkan oleh Dewan Redaksi. Penulis dapat menarik artikelnya, apabila proses moderasi dan review atas naskah tidak sesuai dengan tenggat waktu yang ditentukan oleh pengelola jurnal.  

6. Penulis harus menyelesaikan proses perbaikan naskah sesuai masukan dari Reviewer, dengan tenggat waktu yang telah ditetapkan oleh Editor.

7. Penulis tidak diperkenankan meminta LOA (Letter of Acceptance), selama naskah belum melewati proses moderasi oleh Editor Jurnal, selama proses review sedang dilakukan oleh Mitra Bestari, dan Penulis belum menyelesaikan perbaikan naskah sesuai dengan masukan dari Reviewer dan Editor Jurnal.

8. Penerbitan LOA (Letter of Acceptance) merupakan keputusan Dewan Redaksi yang dilakukan secara kolegial, berdasarkan pertimbangan-pertimbangan keilmuan dan kredibilitas Jurnal Hype.

9. Penulis dan Pengelola Jurnal menempatkan seluruh proses penulisan dan publikasi, berdasarkan asas tanggung jawab untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan.

10. Korespondensi untuk penerbitan LOA (Letter of Acceptance) hanya dilakukan melalui e-mail yang diketahui oleh Editor in Chief.
