Abstract

Library is very essential to improve literation and sense of reading for village people. This research aimed to describe about service managaement at Library of Desa Beji Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data collecting were observation, interview and documentation. The result of this research showed seven indicators. They were process, planning, organisation, leading, supervision, organisation resources and efforts to achieve the goal. There were digital service of village, such as instagram, facebook, tiktok and SIM application. The were used to report the library activities of Desa Beji to the library of Kota Batu. The inhibiting factor is the lack of consideration and social reading hobby, also the technology progress makes people got the information easily. The facility of library was not maximum, like the room in which joined to PKK room.
